Police is forced to lock down 13 flats in Lincoln Green

Orders have been put in place banning access to 13 high rise flats in the Lincoln Green area of Leeds.

Partial Closure Orders have been ordered by Leeds City Council and West Yorkshire Police to tackle ongoing antisocial behaviour and crime within the buildings.The order prevents access to all communal areas of the buildings including the foyer, lifts and stairwells unless visiting a resident or with prior permission from the council.

Any person attempting to enter the blocks without permission could face further action, including through the courts.Partial Closure Notice’s have been placed in clear view, at each entrance of the buildings with the orders in place and the council.
