Morrisons joins forces with Gopuff for fast delivery

Supermarket group Morrisons has partnered with Fast Delivery Service Gopuff to deliver its groceries to shoppers ‘ homes in just 15-20 minutes, the companies said. They said the multi-year partnership will allow Morrisons to bring thousands of fresh foods, proprietary and branded products to Gopuff’s platform.

The US private equity firm Clayton, Dubilier&Rice (CD & R) must address competition regulator concerns that its purchase of supermarket chain Morrisons could lead to higher fuel prices in order to avoid an in-depth investigation into the deal.
